And at long last i got to show Ramalach! Ramalach the deceiver! Ramalach the moon bender! Ramalach the lunatic! Ramalach, he who haggles! Ramalach… who is now reduced to a boil in Ron’s forehead… yeah… that is not nice for a deivon overlord.

Ron and Ben ain’t too thrilled about their new discovery.

The girls are having a nice time it seems. Now i got to draw Ron, Ben and Ramalach taking a bubble bath in the same tub. Ron is there being useless as always while Ramalach sensually scrubs his long golden hair with the pink shampoo that smells like cranberries… with his long thin fingers. Ben is just there thinking “Why the hell am i taking a bath with these two?”. Yeah… sounds about right.

Well what can i say. I was having serious problems with this particular script. Did like 8 different versions of it because i didn’t like any. I was wanting to handle way too many things with little to no space in a page. I ended up having a blockage. Then a friend offered to help me with it… but after days of not saying a thing i gave up on him and tried to do it on my own.

I honestly had a lot of trouble with this one and i ended up asking for help from a great friend of mine. Funny thing… she fixed the whole thing in less than an hour. I honestly feel ashamed of having so much trouble with nothing. After seeing how she fixed the script with little to no issues i realized that i was trying to be too ambitious and ate more that i could actually chew. I really hope i never forget this lesson.

Back from the sudden unplanned hiatus and finally moving out to show the comic’s antagonist show his true colors.

Well these past weeks i learned some stuff: i seriously underestimated my boss’s workload. Doing his job for a couple of weeks was exhausting. Also that double shifts are a pain to go trough. And finally that my new neighbor hates my guts and is making me really uncomfortable.

Page 129. I will be trying to give more details in the backgrounds now that they are back in Neon City. I wish to make the city look alive.

This is last week’s update. I will be posting Tina of the South this week also. And the next weekend it is time for The Eye again. I got delayed because of my job but i plan to catch up.

Hello everyone!!

OH GOD!! This page will go into history as the most problematic and annoying of them all. I will save most of the details but this page included:

1- Extra time to get the page to work. Since i had a lot of trouble with the script and deciding the panels. I ended up cutting several and merging others.
2-I actually had this page 90% finished last week when something horrible happened. The lights went out while i was saving the document and the file got corrupted. I had to start from scratch a second time and do all the work again. Very unmotivated if you ask me.
3- When it came to lettering i realized i had misplaced the dialogues… i had to redo it with some help from SK but…
4- … while we were working on it my internet provider (Intercable) decided to be shitty and i was left with no web access for 12 hours… X_X

Anyways page is up and i am having fun with Mayte. I got to say she is way harder to write than i expected back when i made her.

Also… my birthday is tomorrow but sadly i can’t really celebrate as i do every year since this weekend we have presidential elections here in Mexico. And to put salt on a wound i work at a newspaper. Which means i have to work this Sunday and stay there all day until we have a new president. Then i will have to work on the animation of the note.

Anyways, thanks a lot for coming by guys. Expect another comic this week (Tina of the South).

Wow have i had it rough. Ever since we got to print our news the workload shifted for a very uncomfortable one. At times i have been at the office for 12 hours and at times i have been working on sundays which have left me very drained. Don’t get me wrong i am ok with that, i just wish i had a very definitive schedule so i can add my personal projects (these comics, illustrations and all) under believable plans that shoulnd’t get cancelled randomly.

Anyways, i am still behind schedule with the comics and i need to finishi Tina of the South this week and another page of The Eye for the weekend for me to get up to date. So i got a steep slope to climb this week if i want to get to that goal. ;_;

On different news, my best friend has been studying animation at a school in Canada and i hadn’t heard from him for a while. He came back for the whole summer and i am very happy to be able to catch up with him after all this time. Turns out that a couple of his teachers are also part of UDON which i find very VERY awesome. I just hope he actually takes out the best of his studies (i really wish i was able to afford that kind of education ^^U ).

Anyways, expect to see more of The Eye for this weekend if everything goes according to plan/schedule.

Hello everyone!

Well, i got a lot to say about this page. I was late because i really REALLY had a hard time coming up with the script. The Eye of Ramalach actually deals with the aftermath of the events of my main story. Those that watch my DeviantArt and FurAffinity galleries will know that most of the images i post are from characters that are not from The Eye of Ramalach or Tina of the South. A great deal of those characters are from the other story “Chronicles of Crisald” where Catlen and Jane are the main characters.

As i said, The Eye of Ramalach happens 50 years after the end of the other story and the big link between both stories is Jane. When coming up with this page i wanted to do something really big and show a lot of cameos from several of the characters and villains while Ron narrates the story. But i came up with a big dilemma doing so. Not everyone that reads the webcomic knows about these characters and i was risking giving some information overload that would confuse readers. I wanted to give those that follow my galleries a treat with these characters; but balancing it without alienating the readers was a huge problem.

I actually made more than 5 different versions of this page with variation of the script. Had to cut most of the panels involving the main villains (Raffan, Catrina, Hippoloppo) and several other characters (Cela, Finic, Xochitl, Douglas). I still had some issues until i had help from a friend to put things in perspective.

You see… this page was something of a personal thing i wanted to share and it meant a lot to me. But what i want and what the readers can handle are very different things. So we came up with a resolution. To tell a version of the story as Ron would know it. And i got to say it works this way. We are only shown what Ron learned of these events that happened 50 years ago and went trough revisions. And while it is said that Jane “single handily” defeated The Son of the Void it is obviously not the case in the real version of the events.

Anyways, i hope i ended up taking the decision that is for the best for everyone else. And as much as i would like to show up the stories and personalities of the other characters; this webcomic is not the place for doing so. I am, on the other hand, very open to discussing and sharing the stories of these characters for whoever wants to learn about them.

As i said… this has been the single most difficult page of this webcomic for me to make. I know i am rather good at making the stories and fleshing out characters. But i DO know that i am a shitty writer when it comes to actually putting the story open for everyone else.
